On Friday night at 10:30, the Toronto Public Space Committee's Art Attack will "descend on the streets to re-imagine bus shelters as sensational structures of snow," converting the two ad-adorned boxes at Queen and Jones into something a little more whimsical.

With over one million attendees in previous years, there was no chance that Torontoist would have forgotten about Taste of the Danforth. One of the most popular cultural events in Toronto begins tonight at 6 p.m. on Danforth Avenue between Chester and Jones Avenue and continues throughout the weekend to make sure you get your fill of souvlaki.

Two weeks ago LEAF (Local Enhancement & Appreciation of Forests) invited people out for a free walk in and around Leslie Grove Park to explore the trees in the neighbourhood. Todd Irvine, a professional arborist at LEAF, took 25 people on an enlightening two hour journey.
